Make Money Taking Surveys is another top selling survey site on clickbank, with the usual promise that you can "earn easy extra money" by taking surveys. The salesletter is pretty fancy, with big logos of companies like sony, adidas, dell etc. Right now, it costs $39.95 to join for a year. According to the site, anyone can do this, and you can make around $10 per survey.

The website kind of gives the impression that you can actually quit your job by filling out surveys. As we have found at numerous times, however, this is really not the case. Many surveys pay very little for the amount of time you would need to put in. The testimonials you see at this site are also really vague -- none of them actually mention how much money they made, and I wouldn't be surprised if there were at least a few outright lies on the salespage.

Because this is such a popular product on clickbank (or should I say top selling), there was a lot of feedback ...and it wasn't really good, to say the least. Here are some discussions on Yahoo Answers:

The above two links should be very useful. The overwhelming amount of feedback is that this is a scam. Not only do surveys pay very low (like we knew all along) but it turns out this make money taking surveys thing just lists surveys that can be found on OTHER sites for free.

What our research suggests

It's clear as daylight that this "make money taking surveys" thing DOES NOT WORK. They give you a list of surveys, which you can in fact make money from. But there are a couple of problems. You have to put in tons of time to make even pocket change (it wouldn't pay any better than a minimum wage job at McDonalds), and the surveys they give can apparently just be found free elsewhere.

Bottom Line: Make Money Taking Surveys Goes In Our "Bad Products" Category
